Initiator, Lead Organizer & Creative DirectorProject.Activate was established by the Artivists Society Sri Lanka as an incubator and collaborative platform designed to build capacity among young artists, cultural workers, and activists. Bridging academic discourse, community research, and creative practice, the project engaged participants in workshops, expert guest sessions, and participatory showcases addressing democratic freedoms, memory, and social justice. The initiative expanded the role of artivism in Sri Lanka from reactive street protest into an ongoing, research-informed civic movement.
